First impressions are hard to beat. I am often skeptical of businesses or services that have only 5 star reviews, but after my initial experience the 5 stars are warranted.\n\nI took my 4 month old puppy to doggy daycare at a different facility and was extremely underwhelmed and disappointed. He came back withdrawn, clingy, didn’t want to eat or potty and for a few days afterwards was just not the puppy we’ve come to know.\n\nI was hesitant to bring him to ANY place for daycare but desperately want to socialize him in a controlled setting.\n\nMac has set the bar very high. I had an initial call with her and explained my previous experience and concerns, she was patient and straightforward. Upon doing the meet and greet I was able to tour the whole of the facility, meet some of the staff, got to see where all of the dogs are and they encouraged me to stay as long as I was comfortable with to ensure my puppy was comfortable as well.\nThey sent me pictures and gave me updates, he was only there for about 2 hours but he was a whole different dog in comparison to the other place. He was able to settle easily when we got home, wasn’t clingy, and ate and pottied just fine.\nThey really care about not just your pets experience but yours as well. We look forward to utilizing their services moving forward, and overall it is just the better fit!

I have been sending my pup to Mac’s since the beginning of December and recommend it to everyone! I have an almost 2yo Aussie and some long work days - I’m so happy I found such a chill and welcoming place. I only send him one, maybe two, times a week yet they all remembered us after the very first visit. He gets so excited to go and is so happy and tired when I pick him up. Their scheduling is also so quick and easy with flexible drop off and pick up times.\n\nI love that they post on Instagram so I can check in during the day and see if he’s on any posts - seeing him smiling with friends makes me so happy. Mac’s has great clean spaces and I love their no kennel boarding concept. I’ve never thought of boarding my dog until now. They also have the best prices I have found in the area - which makes the fact they are exceptional even better.

I love how all the dogs get to play together. Big dogs get to play with small dogs. And they are not confined to a area where they just walk in circles. I do appreciate how they remember us and do special things for us...we got a gift and a picture for our dog, Murphy's birthday. And a special picture for valentine's day. We have also had grooming a few times. It was really nice to have it done when he was there and was cordinated to be done at the end of the day.

My pup LOVES going to “school” at Mac’s Pack! The staff are friendly, communicative, and genuinely love what they do. I appreciate how clean the space is and how they do special holiday themed events for the dogs and capture the cutest pictures for you to take home. I also really like the free-roam boarding space they have; no wire kennels, making it feel more of like a home. I’ve been taking my pup here for over a year and have recommended it to all my friends. They are awesome!!

The Englewood location was formerly "Dog House Rules" and I had been taking my first dog there for almost a year. I was comfortable with the staff and felt my dog was safe. I was slightly crushed when Mac's Pack took over but… we gave them a chance and their doggy daycare and boarding is seriously another level of care! We now bring both our dogs and get much more info on how are dogs are doing (playing, eating, acting), the staff is attentive and cares. Mac (the owner) really cares about the dog's well-being, is super on-top of things, keeps everything clean and has made many upgrades to the building to make it fun/comfortable for the dogs. Huge improvement from the previous business. We would never go anywhere else (like literally we will never go anywhere else). Highly recommend if you live in the area!
