Had an appointment today. My pet woke up very sick and lethargic. Decided to take him to the vet instead. Called the groomer to let them know about the situation. Instead of showing sympathy because my 7year old dog is sick they told me I must pay $50 if I ever want to rebook with them. They showed me they only care about money and not peoples pets. Won’t be returning here ever again. I’m glad you guys showed me your true colors before I spent my hard earned money here.

I have been coming to pretty paws for about 8 months now. I get my dogs groomed like clock work every 4-5 weeks. I always had a great experience with the staff very friendly and pleasant. Last month it seemed there was new staff Bri specifically. She was very rude from the start. I brushed it off as a one off. When i made my appt this month I asked to not see her again. I showed up yesterday and i was greeted with a very rude “are you even scheduled today?” I said yes i had the text to prove it. She said well regardless we have no water heater we cannot see them today. She said we can get you in tomorrow. I was very frazzled and upset so I walked out. i got a text moments later saying that they were in fact scheduled and they can get me in tomorrow (today). I showed up this morning to find that i am seeing Bri who i specifically asked not to see. But oh well i was there. I said the last time my Lab was shedding terribly could she please do extra brushing and de shedding to help. She proceeded to tell me that it’s not her fault that my dog must have a food allergy. Whatever I left. I was called me 2 hours later to tell me my dogs were done. I said okay i cannot make it to pick them up until a little later what time do you close. She said 4 but we require you to pick your dogs up with in an hour. I said oh that must be a new thing because I have never been told that before. I said there is no way I can come get them in the hour, what will happen if I can’t make it. she said I dont know ill have to ask the groomer. i said okay we hung up. Bri then called me 2 hours later extremely rude, you must come and pick them up now. I said im sorry are you under new management because i have never had this issue before. She then proceeded to tell me she is not my dog sitter and she doesn’t get paid to watch my dogs. We exchanged some words she told me I was rude.I hung up and came to pick them up. When I walked in no one spoke, I said in a calm voice because I knew emotions were high. Can I please get the owners contact information. she then YELLED at me oh I have already called her she will call you to let you know that you are fired. I said cool that’s not what I asked for I need her contact information she said yes and that’s your answer. Bri has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. She will be the reason this business now fails if she sticks around. She is rude and unprofessional and doesn’t even deserve 1 star but I was required to give it. worst experience I will never go back and i recommend you dont either.

We visited this place for the first time today, we had a great experience even he had lots of tangles they did great job.\n“Everyone was so friendly and they took such good care of Coco. He seems like he loved to be groomed there! Excellent service.”

We took our Husky Mishka to Pretty Paws for her first grooming. The staff at Pretty Paws were very friendly and welcoming and immediately put us at ease. They took their time with Mishka and kept us very well updated the whole time she was there. Kayla did an amazing job with her . She looks absolutely beautiful and feels so much better with all of her undercoat gone. We were told by several places that they won't take Huskies but Pretty Paws had no issue and they were very knowledgeable on how to groom a Husky. Their prices are reasonable and our dog looks beautiful. Thanks again Kayla, you did a wonderful job

I moved to Aurora recently and had trouble finding someone that could handle my dog’s hair (he has a lot of it) and although he gets groomed regularly, grooming him is not for the faint of heart. Joanne and Mike did such a wonderful job with my dog Bear that they gained a regular customer, I would highly recommend them to anyone! I am so happy that we were recommended to them by our previous groomers after moving. Thank you for understanding Bear’s needs Joanne and Mike!
