Great people. Doctor came out in flip flops I freaking love it. My dog was given a surgery date for a supposed cancerous spot by another facility and when I went to planned pethood they told me let’s just see? Let’s see how he heals on his own…. Less than week later the spot was healed and my baby was back to normal. Thanks guys you rock non stop

We brought our boy here with hopes that he could be saved. Unfortunately and unexpectedly he left us on this day. This was such a punch to the gut and an unbearable pain. What I can say about the staff here is they were all so sympathetic. The vet was amazing and truly one of a kind. Thank you sir for sitting with us grieving with us and taking your time. We are lost without our boy. I dont know how it would have went if we took him somewhere else. Even to his last breath our dog was given the respect he deserved. Planned Pethood good work and thank you.

From the moment I contacted Melody from Planned Pethood International to the completion of My Luna’s appointment, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. We had previously received a concerning diagnoses from another vet, which left us worried. However, once we arrived at the clinic and spoke with the team, they immediately put us at ease and gave us confidence that it wasn’t what we feared.\n\nThey took the time to thoroughly explain everything and ultimately determined it was only minor inflammation and constipation. The care, compassion, and professionalism shown to Luna and our family meant so much to us. We truly cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of our girl and for making veterinary care affordable for our family. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Planned Pethood International.\n\nLuna sends a big thank you as well 🐶 🐾

Don’t try to make an appointment and don’t expect a call back\n\nI went here for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the clinic! It is a no frills, no bs operation, where animals AND their owners are prioritized.\n\nMy cat needed a mass removal, so I called and listened to the recorded options. Their recorded options instructed me to come anytime Tuesday-Friday from 10-2pm for that specific problem. I had never worked with a clinic in this way, but I decided to just go with the flow and walk in.\n\nWhen I arrived, there were a couple people waiting in line. Once it was my turn, a woman at the front desk assisted me. She was pretty blunt but hey, it has to be a tough job.\n\nThe vet techs tried a couple times to inspect my cat, but he can be quite aggressive, so I ended up having to wait a few hours for a room to open up so that I could be the one to handle him for the doctor.\n\nYeah, it was a long wait, but I think that’s just part of how this place operates. It doesn’t have the premium, streamlined service or communication of other clinics but that’s why their prices are so low.\n\nDr. Tyler Robic saw us around 3pm and was able to remove the mass, give my cat a teeth cleaning and send him back home with me by 6pm. The mass removal was 300 and teeth cleaning was estimated at 1200 (price includes all extractions). Final price for everything (including a cone, take-home pain meds + sedative) ended up being 1100 I believe. I was so pleased with the experience and I would not have been able to do all of this for my cat if it weren’t for this clinic’s low prices.\n\nI have been to other clinics where I was guilted into expensive procedures, tests, medications, food. I just want to make sure my cat lives a healthy life, but I often leave the vet feeling either like a bad pet owner or a total shmuck for shoveling money into unnecessary products/tests/procedures. I am very grateful that Dr. Robic was straight forward, kind and honest.\n\nIn short:\n\nDon’t call, just show up. Bring something to do while you wait. Be patient and understand that this clinic is affordable BECAUSE they put their efforts into in-person care.\n\nPhoto of my cat, high on pain meds, in his fortress of solitude lol
