Marissa is the most professional groomer and dog handler I have ever met. I have a very anxious doodle who can be reactive in high stress situations. We had a horrid experience at our previous groomer (where we were regulars) and it was clearly a traumatizing experience for my dog. It got to the point where he was snapping at every single groomer I took him to despite medications and muzzles. I was at a loss. When we met Marissa and Dustin it was clear that they have a special way of communicating with the dogs. Though it was no easy task, Marissa managed to re-introduce grooming in a positive manner. We have made so much progress since coming here and I could not be more thankful for their patience and care. The grooming is always timely, professional and it is very easy to schedule! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Furry Family Grooming is FANTASTIC!! My dog, who is normally difficult with nail trims, had little to no problem once they started with her. They take the time to make your dog comfortable before beginning work to ensure the best experience for both them and your dog. Couldn’t recommend them more!

So far, GREAT!\n\nI’ve had a heck of time finding a kind, consistent, reliable, quality, reasonably priced, conveniently located dog groomer in Denver metro. I came across this awesome experience via Google after having issues with nail trimming, scheduling and being able to get the same individuals to work on my 2 very well behaved 20lb cocker mixes.\n\nPetSmart injured one of my dogs (never going back), Dog House (prior groomer Hannah, left after a few services and got a call after my dogs were scheduled to update on what happened), Pampered Paws (terrible customer service, high groomer/staff turnover, issues with scheduling, couldn’t do nails).\n\nOur first experience from scheduling to finished outcome was really inspiring. Dogs were happy and looked awesome! They are working out of the Dog House location, hopefully a much better experience than last time (location is ideal and super easy drop off/pick up).\n\nIf this continues every 8 weeks long term, I will update with more positive feedback. Highly recommend at this point ☺️

I’ve brought in my doodle Zoro to Furry Family now several times, at first I was nervous to use a new groomer, but Duston was so gentle and calm that my dog instantly loved him, and on pick up he looked amazing, cheers to Marissa the groomer, best I’ve seen. He even loves to go in to get groomed again which I’ve never seen from him. I promise you and your dog will love this place

The best grooming! We have a doodle mix and have tried a lot of places but he looks incredible after his haircut here. And he’s never been this soft! Can’t wait to take him back. Highly recommend!
