They called the day before and i told them i may not be able to make our time. The person was so kind and called the groomer to see if there was any wiggle room. The groomer said not really b/c she likes to give Henri breaks b/c his hind legs give out sometimes, so she needed the full time. I loved that she knew him so well. So then the person on the phone said she would see if the people opening today could maybe come in 5-7 min early to help us out. And sure enough they were there early. And then gave us great updates thru the appt. Took such care and asked us questions about Henri throughout. I so appreciate the great customer service and how you love on our dog. Thank you! Very! Much!

She was extremely detailed, did EXACTLY what I wanted. Great store, friendly staff, great communicator...was able to book the appointment the same day.came from out of town and we are happy !\n\nMy dog came out smelling good with her Bandana!

Blackpaw always does such a nice job grooming our cavalier. They follow our instructions and always send him home with a jaunty bowtie or bandana. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff also. Definitely recommend.

I did not have an appointment, but I was put on a cancellation list and it worked out perfect. I got CHIEF into the groomer before our trip to Pennsylvania.and he looks great.

Black Paw does a fantastic job grooming our fuzzy toy Aussie. They take time, make him feel safe and comfortable and he always looks and smells fantastic. They’ll also remind you with a friendly text if you forget to re-book and it’s been a while since you’ve been in. They do have a cancellation list if you can’t get in right away, and we’ve always had luck getting in on short notice if we need a last minute groom. I highly recommend them and their friendly and courteous staff.
