We loved our visit to The Spoiled Dog Groomery! They have a great staff, very friendly. The full groom for our dog took around 2 hours. I loved how pleasant it was inside, our dog is normally stressed during grooming but he was calm and happy when I picked him up. They did a great job and he looks wonderful. I appreciated the ease of setting up an appointment online and I value their transparency with their services and prices! Thanks for taking such good care of our dog Boomer!

The owner of the salon has absolutely no care for her clients. 100% consistency with rescheduling. She does not bath your animals and if she does, she uses Dawn dish soap to clean them. If your animals are aggressive she will send them home just so she doesn’t have to do the work but still expect you to pay her. She can’t even be bothered to respond to any of her reviews because she is so embarrassed with how far downhill she’s let her business go. The owner had moved her salon into her home and can’t even be bothered to keep up on the yard work or home care. My advice find another groomer, because you will have much better luck than dealing with this woman.\n\nEdit: This woman is absolutely insane, and deranged. She clearly does not understand that I was also a client. Since I have parted ways with this owner, she has continued to deny any allegations made towards her and now believes the other reviews are from me as well. Sorry Tabitha but you're a disgruntled owner who has taken terrible care of all animals that walk into your "Salon/Trap house" Therefor, you get negative reviews. Just a tip, try filing a report for harassment just to be told I never made any reviews besides this one and its HONEST.

I am new to Arvada and finding a good groomer is a top priority. At check in the staff members were friendly, attentive and really listened to my requests and concerns. My pup was ready in such a reasonable amount of time and I was SUPER PLEASED with how she looked (and smelled) upon my arrival to pick up! Best groom ever. Seriously! I also feel the price is very reasonable for the services provided. No need to look any further; I've found our groomer!! Thank you & see you next time!!
