We have been getting our corgi groomed at Pawsh for a few years now and they always do a fantastic job! They specifically have a defurminator package that is a noticable difference in our dog’s shedding for a several weeks. This place also offers dog daycare so you can drop off early/pick up late, and this makes it really easy to fit grooming into our schedule.\n\nI would recommend to anyone, especially if you have a shedding dog!

Despite our reservations based on a prior negative experience with our other dog, we decided to take our Goldendoodle to Pawsh for a bath and trim. She was in excellent health, having never experienced any medical issues. She walked into the groomer perfectly normal. However, upon picking her up, we were informed that a scab on her dewclaw had come off during the bath, which might cause some limping. Sure enough, she walked out with a noticeable limp.\nWhen we arrived home, my wife and I thoroughly examined all four of her paws but found no signs of a scab or cut. Despite this, her limp persisted. Over the nexr few days she was intermittently refusing to even bear weight on her foot. Concerned, my wife called Pawsh to speak with the groomer. No one answered, so she left a message requesting a callback. The following day, she called again, this time asking for a manager to return her call. She provided no details either time - just asked for a simple call. Another day passed without response, prompting her to call again, this time explaining the situation and emphasizing that we simply needed information to assist our veterinarian in diagnosing the issue—not to seek compensation but just for clarification and insight.\nAfter a full week of unanswered calls and messages, my wife used our neighbor’s phone to call. This time, they answered immediately. While we do not wish to speculate, it seemed suspicious our repeated calls had gone unanswered, only for them to pick up immediately from an unrecognized number. The manager stated they had been "just about to call us that day" and assured us they would follow up after speaking to the groomer the next morning. The following day, after waiting all day without an update, we called again at 4:30 PM—only to be told, once again, that they had been "just about to call us." The manager then relayed that, according to the groomer, nothing out of the ordinary had occurred.\nWe took our dog to the vet, where she was diagnosed with an infection in addition to the problem with her leg. Given the lack of information, our veterinarian recommended X-rays to rule out fractures, breaks, or other potential injuries. Had something fallen on her foot? Had she jumped off the table and landed wrong? Did she jump and maybe the groomer innocently tried to stop her but pulled her leg in doing so...? We had nothing to go off of which led to us having to take random, VERY expensive, shots in the dark to try and figure out what had gone on that day to make our dog go from never having a single issue, to now unable to even go for walks. Nearly six weeks later, she is still unable to bear weight on her leg and we've been referred to ortho💰. Despite extensive veterinary care and thousands of dollars in medical expenses/medications, she remains in pain.\nThis was our 3rd experience with Pawsh. Our 1st visit resulted in an unacceptable grooming job. Although they seemed apologetic and asked for another chance following our review, the second appointment was hardly an improvement. Our dog was visibly anxious upon arrival and left looking only marginally better. After that, we found a far superior alternative—Well Groomed Pets—whom we highly recommend. The only reason we returned to Pawsh with our Goldendoodle was due to a last-minute need before our Valentine's event, as all 4 other reputable groomers we contacted were fully booked. It was a decision we deeply regret.\nSharing our experience with friends revealed that others had similar concerns. One dissatisfied with the grooming quality of Pawsh, while another's dog would shake before every visit. After switching to Well Groomed Pets last year, their dog—like both of ours—gets excited before each appointment.\nWe are devastated by what has happened to our beloved dog and uncertain about the long-term impact on her health. We don't know if she'll ever get to live a normal life againor how much will be spent over her lifetime because of an instance where the grooming facility didn't have the decency to tell us what actually happened. Dogs don't just walk in comp

We’ve been coming here for years, and the groomers have always done a great job with our dogs. Unfortunately, the prices are at the point where they feel excessive, and the phone etiquette is consistently poor—often rushed or unhelpful. It’s frustrating because the grooming quality is solid, but the pricing and customer service have really taken away from the overall experience.

My dog, Lucy, is deaf, so finding a place to take her can make me a bit nervous. Pawsh took care of her so well and made her look great! Lucy is a sheepadoodle, and Pawsh did an amazing job taming her long fur. The staff was knowledgeable and kind, and Lucy gets excited when we have drive up for her appointments. Highly recommend!

We just moved to Parker, and took our Great Pyrenees, Henry, here. WOW, best grooming he's had yet. Pawsh is fantastic and we won't be going anywhere else from now on. Thanks for the great work!!!
