Dr.Servi and her techs are great! Two of my dogs have been to see her. One for rehab/pt and the other for Shockwave therapy. Kelly did wonderful with Corvin during his rehab and pt. Dr.Servi is wonderful with Jekyll who has a history of picking and choosing who he likes. He does great with her and her techs.\nI highly recommend them.

Animal Care Center of Castle Pines has been absolutely amazing! Their team of veterinarians (we see Dr Knotts) physical therapists (Kelli & Kristin), and pain management specialists (Dr Servi) are all fantastic. They’ve been so compassionate and skilled in helping our senior Golden on his journey through GOLPP & hip dysplasia, and the care he’s received has truly made a difference in his quality of life. We are so grateful for their expertise and kindness. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional, comprehensive pet care! 🐾💛

Dr Brooke James and her team are absolutely amazing. Our family has more loyalty to the Animal Care Center and Dr Brooke’s team than our own human doctors 😎. Dr Brooke and team have spent so much time explaining, recommending, hearing our concerns, and caring for our babies (Lulu, Ammo, Mattis, and Steeter). We’re forever thankful to have found them. We’ve been seeing them for all our veterinary needs for 12+ years! We recommend them to anyone who will listen!!

Dr. Brittany Knotts. A Truly Exceptional Veterinarian!\n\nI cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Brittany Knotts at Animal Care Center of Castle Pines. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Dr. Knotts is an excellent communicator, always taking the time to explain things thoroughly and help connect the dots when it comes to diagnosing any issues my dogs might have.\n\nWhat truly sets her apart is how genuinely she listens to my concerns. I always feel heard and respected, and she consistently helps in every way she can, offering thoughtful solutions and advice. She treats both me and my dogs with incredible respect and kindness.\n\nMy dogs will always be her patients. The care she provides is simply outstanding, and I'm so grateful to have found such a dedicated and compassionate veterinarian.

Few weeks late but thanks to this practice, specifically Dr. Brooke James, my dog is alive. My dog started at the ER vet and the emergency surgery estimate there was way out of my price range, so I called this place and within minutes they were able to squeeze her in and the total cost was cheaper. When I came back to see them two weeks later I saw a different doctor, who was also fantastic, but the best part was that everyone who saw her for her emergency surgery came out to see and love on her- what a thoughtful gesture! They are now my new vet and I highly recommend them to everyone!
