Best groomers in the Cherry Creek area. Mom's dog looks handsome every time we get his grooming! All the groomers are knowledgeable in grooming all sorts of dog breads. Some have better expertise in certain dog breeds then others. Overall all a great place to take your domesticated animals to get their needs met,from food/supplies to medical expertise!

While we have a great experience with all aspects of this store, this review is specifically to call out the exceptional service of the PetsHotel and the manager there, Mark. We've been bringing our dog Pickles for boarding here for over six years now, and she absolutely loves it! Mark runs things very well there and you can tell his team is happy and engaged, and truly care about the animals in their stead. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and we are always confident in the attention that Pickles receives. We recently adopted a cat, Sunny, and she has also enjoyed her time in the kitty cottages! We had a bad experience one time when we had to use a DIFFERENT location (name withheld), and when Mark heard about this, he made sure to make it up to us even though he was not affiliated with that other site at all! We appreciate the attention to detail and kindness shown to us and our animals at the PetsHotel at the Glendale Petsmart, and we'll keep coming back for another six years, and more!

Always lovely, engaged, friendly people working here, I do feel like they care, as cliche as it sounds\nSome of the products are premium priced but if you know it look or to ask, you can do okay

I don’t know what it is about this store. The people are so kind and so helpful. first thing I needed was to get a bag of purina pro plan. Thomas the gentleman working on the pallet in the back was so helpful when talking to me and helping me figure out what bag I’ve purchased before, poor thing had a brace on, I hope he’s ok, then I was getting fish today and the gentleman with the shot hair, I believe his name is Sal was so kind and so helpful and not to mention super quick. And when I went up to registers, The beautiful Mexican guy with the long thick beautiful hair with the beard was so nice and so kind and he helped me with that darn website and getting cash back on my purchase (I forget his name no matter how many times he tells me.) Every time I come in he always has a smile on his face, and he’s always so cheerful. I know I’m gonna have an amazing transaction when he’s behind the register. Honestly I’m quite surprised none of them are managers because they definitely deserve it!!!! If you want outstanding service come to PetSmart on Glendale because everyone is so nice here.

Aggressive, problematic management. Avoid.\n\nA really unnecessary experience occurred here shortly at/ after 6:30pm on 12/10/2025 when myself, my partner, and our kids came in for some aquarium equipment in a pinch. While shopping, my two youngest kids saw the bathroom and said they need to use it *now* and that it was "an emergency" and "couldn't wait anymore". We go back to the front and I ask a cashier for the code to the bathroom. The lady asks over the radio for a code. I repeat it back to her to verify it was correct, and then wrote it down. We all walk back to the bathrooms and try the code, but the code is wrong. I try a couple of iterations of the code, try it on the other bathroom door- nothing. At this point my youngest starts crying. We walk back to the front.\n\nA hispanic middle-aged male manager (a blue shirt) stops me, saying "What can I do for you sir?". I tell him I'm a woman, but aside from that, the code that I was given to the bathrooms was wrong. Before I could finish though, this manager storms off towards the bathrooms faster than any of us, especially my 4yo, can keep up. Eventually we get to the bathrooms, and he opens up the men's restroom.\n\nI tell the boys to go in, and I lean up against the wall across the hallway. The manager tells me to go in, and I decline, waving it off. He then continues to demand I go in again, angrily gesturing me to go into the restroom and I decline again, adding (me getting frustrated now), that it's not for me, it's for my kids. I perhaps mistakenly figured that both leaning against the wall away from the bathrooms and declining the need to use the restroom would have been enough to send a message that I do not need to go, and he continued waving me/ pointing me anyways, in a way that I started to feel like he was demanding I go in.\n\nAfter declining again the manager then throws his hands up at me and starts badmouthing me before loudly muttering about me, ranting about me all the way down the long hallway. I just stayed leaned up against the wall while all this went down. My kids saw him throw his hands up, and my oldest son who went in asked me later if he hit me.\n\nI'm trying to defuse a situation with my kids having a toilet emergency. I don't see why I need to defuse this fully grown adult's temper on top of that and be griefed for it. The unprofessionalism was severe- enough so that my partner also commented on the degree of this manager's aggressive nature, afraid he would become violent if I complained in store.\n\nThis whole escalation of a simple problem was so unnecessary. I don't experience this elsewhere, and I'll be sure to remember that during my next planted tank build. They used to have great people working here. I don't know what went wrong.
