We recently utilized Dog Tag's new At-Home services for our 3 dogs & a cat. Alisa took great care of our animals. She sent texts/photos every day and wrote some notes for us on our return home. She was personable & seemed to really enjoy spending time with them. Alisa went above & beyond in providing some additional tasks (mail, trash) that we didn't even request. We're happy customers! Hope that as they expand this service area, the sitters are all as good as Alisa.

Both of our dogs absolutely love it here. Staff is very knowledgeable and takes great care of them. 10/10 would recommend!

I would not recommending trusting this place with your dog. I had my yellow lab stay with Dog Tag under previous ownership with a great experience, but just recently had him stay a weekend - two nights. My dog was returned to me and could hardly walk for 3 days. His paws were completely raw and the fur of his paws completely hardened and caked with some sort of goop, and rocks stuck in between his toes. He had blood in his poop and barely got out of bed for days. His lips were also totally skinned up and raw. I called and asked what happened, they said they had no notes in his medical record, and said that “sometimes the dogs are affected by the pea gravel in the yard”. They were not sure why his lips were affected, and they offered zero explanation as to what happened because “she wasn’t there”. I’ve spoken with another owner who has dropped off her dog recently, also returned with blood in his poop, and has not been the same since. I will never have my dog back here again.

If you're looking for a place to take your dog for day care, or to board over night, I highly recommend Dog Tag. We have been taking both of our dogs for years, and they absolutely love the staff and facilities there. They are both always so eager to get out of the car when they realize where we are, and everyone there treats our dogs like family. Their facilities are always very clean, and there is a ton of space for the pups to play and roam. We have boarded them countless times, for weekend and week-long trips, and it is such a relief having peace of mind that our dogs are being well taken care of. A huge thank you to Donelle, Jessie, and your entire staff; you all are amazing!

Very happy with the care that the team provided. My dog is always happy (and tired) when I collect him. Love that they have added the bath service.
