Tracey did a wonderful job grooming Jasper this morning. She took extra time to discuss his care with me, and I was very impressed with her attention to detail.\n\nFor the first time in six years, I have found a groomer I am truly happy with, and I would be delighted to have Tracey care for Jasper again in the future.\n\nThank you,\n\nEmily Winter

We have been going to Bowser Bubbles for well over 10 years! We love the care they have provided for our fur babies 🥰The staff is attentive and knowledgeable in their skills. We appreciate that they consult and explain techniques and what’s best to care for our baby Baxter. Tracey in particular has been AMAZING at communication and tips as to what Baxter requires 😘She takes excellent care of him and treats him as if her own! Makes it so much easier to have peace of mind! We appreciate all the care that Christina and her team provide us!🥰

We’ve been taking our dogs here for a few years and they always come home looking and smelling amazing! We had tried out multiple groomers prior to finding Bowser Bubbles and none of them actually took the time to really get out all of their dead undercoat like they do here. Thanks for always taking such good care of our pups!

This was the second time we’ve taken our Aussie for grooming and the crew at Bowser’s did such a beautiful job!\n\nTori is a very reactive dog and we can tell that she was treated gently & with kindness and that means the world to us.\n\nWe are careful about who we entrust our dogs to for care & grooming and Bowser’s Bubbles continues to earn both our business and high praise.\n\nThanks so much for taking good care of Tori!

I wasn’t even planning to write a review because I have had mostly decent experiences so here so far until now. However the owner reached out to ask why I had canceled my appointment and if everything had been okay at my last visit and seem genuinely concerned. I told her no, it wasn’t, and explained what happened — and she has never responded since. That was disappointing, and it pushed me to share my experience.\n\nWhen I dropped my two dogs off, they were perfectly happy and healthy. When I picked them up, the groomer mentioned that my male dog’s eye had been watering and she “didn’t know why,” saying she looked but couldn’t find anything (I figured that maybe a piece of fur had gotten in his eye). She also complained that he hadn’t behaved well during the appointment, which shocked me because he’s 12 years old and every groomers has always said he is gentle and easy to groom.\n\nWhen we got home, his eye was starting to seal shut. He also had a mole on his back that had been cut and was bleeding. I took him to my neighbor, who is a vet, and he immediately saw a very clear cut on my dog’s eye. It took more than two weeks for it to heal.\n\nWhat frustrates me most is that the groomer didn’t say anything about an injury. Of course my dog wasn’t “good” — he was in pain from both a cut eye and a cut mole. Instead of being transparent, she pretended nothing was wrong.\n\nI was genuinely flabbergasted, and the lack of follow-up from the owner only confirmed that I can’t return. I’ve never had an experience like this before, and unfortunately, I can no longer trust this groomer with my dogs’ care.
