We have a very anxious Cavapoo, and her last groomer said she was too anxious and nippy, so I had to pick her up in the middle of her appointment. We decided to try mobile grooming to eliminate some of the things that might have been making her nervous and hoped a one-on-one environment would help. Suzie, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. She was so patient and kind. She said Fiona was calm and did great during the appointment. Fiona’s haircut looks absolutely adorable too!

Second time visiting SoftPaws and have had great experiences! We have tried 2 other groomers who just don’t event seem to wash the soap out of her fur. As a Great Pyrenees, she’s over 100lbs and has a gorgeous white coat. Suzie takes her time and does a wonderful job with our girl!! Thank you Suzie! We will definitely not be going anywhere else as long as Suzie is around!

I have been bringing my two Havanese in for grooming for the past few months. Every single time they come home looking incredible. This is way different than what I've experienced in the past when I used PetSmart. I thought I had a good groomer at PetSmart but now after experiencing Soft Paws, it's a whole different ball game. Things that I love and things that makes Soft Paws unique: My dogs are NOT in a cage in a room with a whole bunch of other loud barking dogs. They get their own private space at Soft Paws. This business is Fear Free Certified. That means that they have undergone special training to know how to better alleviate stress and anxiety in dogs making their grooming experience so much more pleasant for them. I also love that my dogs aren't there for four hours like they were at PetSmart. Typically, my two dogs are in and out within one and a half to two hours tops. My pups come back looking so much cuter than I even knew that they could look! I just love everything about Soft Paws!

I want to apoligize to Suzie at SoftPaws as I accidently posted a review that wasnt meant for them. I had gone to a different groomer NOT SoftPaws and they were awful and hurt my dog. I did go to SoftPaws one time and I had a wonderful experience. They truly care about the work that they do and they treat your Fur baby so wonderfully. My dog had the best grooming that he ever had in his lifetime! I highly recommend this Business!

I have had the most amazing experiences at SoftPaws. Several months ago my chocolate lab was traumatized by a vet tech during a nail trim. After that, the only way I could trim his nails was by using sedatives prescribed by the vet. I had heard wonderful things about SoftPaws and decided to give them a try. When I took Reacher to Suzie for a trim I was shocked!!!! She was so calm and loving and got his nails trimmed without any meds. She has NO cages and one person pampers your baby from start to finish. On Saturday I took his sister in for her first spa day and she looks fantastic.\n🥰🐾
