This was my second attempt at grooming. The first person was not skilled in grooming my type of dog and I was in tears when I saw her beautiful coat shaved off.\n\nBut today, this place/ groomer was amazing and I left smiling. Edwin left her long hair intact and made it silky and tangle free. He understood how to maintain the beauty of my dog.\n\nThis is how it happened:. I drove over to Poodle Spa on a Saturday and spoke with the groomer. He gave me an appointment for later in the same day. I did return and left my dog. After three hours, I returned to find my beautifully groomed dog.\n\nI'm sold and we are now regular clients!

Great job! My dog looks so cute and they were very quick and he had no little nicks or cuts on him which is great especially that he did go in a little matted which means they took their time with him. My girlfriend and I are very protective of our dog and picky with his vet and groomer. We are new to the area and have found a keeper to get him groomed. Thanks guys!

I had made an appointment with PetSmart to groom my rescue kitten a week in advance, for them to cancel my appointment the day before. I called Poodle Beauty Salon and they were available to groom my kitten the very next day. The establishment is clean and organized. The owner and workers were kind and really love animals. My kitten was groomed, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned all for an amazing rate. I'm very satisfied with how he turned out, and I'm definitely returning in the future. Excellent servicea and amazing employees who adore animals. ❤

Dropped off my dogs at around 1pm and 9:00pm and my dogs aren't ready! One is a puppy that weighs 5 pounds and the other is 9 pounds!! How does it take this long to cut hair!!! I felt horrible for dogs! All day my dogs locked up in a cage!! I came by 3 times and they were not ready! My dog does pee if he is locked up! I finally asked for my dogs weather they were done or not! I paid them and took my half shaved puppy home! Never again.

I’ve taken my two ShihTzu’s there a few times, the time before last my 17 years old cried all the way home and had a seizure, I took both of them last week and my little one came home with a stiff neck, hurting, crying. not sleeping. its over a week now and she's still hurting. NO more, will not take them again! They shouldn't be in business.
