This is the only place we will bring my mom‘s young Yorkie. I have a miniature Australian Shepherd that I also bring here and we’ve also brought our fluffy Frenchie here. Helen and Darwin are amazing.

Visit Date: May 3, 2025 – Around 10:30 AM\n\nOn the morning of May 3rd, I took my 1-year-old puppy to the vet for his routine annual checkup. The vet said everything looked great and recommended I take him to a groomer soon to have the hair in his ears trimmed. That same day, I decided to take him—along with my two other dogs— a place I had used twice before and previously liked.\n\nBut this visit went completely wrong.\n\nLater that day, I received a call simply letting me know the dogs were ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that my 11-year-old dog had suffered a deep cut on her leg. The staff told me at pickup and said they had already arranged everything with an emergency vet, She was bleeding on the way, and the wound required three stitches. However, they only told me about the deep cut. We later discovered she also had a second, smaller cut near her elbow, which was never mentioned and only noticed the following day at home.(No follow up call to check on the dog was made from their end )\n\nAs for my 1-year-old puppy—not a single injury was reported to me. After getting home, I discovered he had two superficial cuts on his skin, a cut on his ear, and the most serious injury—a razor burn on his testicles. None of this was brought to my attention at pickup the staff didn’t even notice the injuries, which is extremely concerning. I had to take him to my vet for treatment and pay all costs out of my pocket.\n\nDespite all of this, we were charged in full for the grooming, prompted to leave a tip, and even billed a “convenience fee”—with no explanation as to what that fee was for.\n\nAccidents can happen, but transparency, accountability, and attention to detail are non-negotiable when caring for pets. This experience showed a complete lack of awareness and communication. I will not be returning, and I urge other pet owners to be extremely cautious before bringing their pets here.\n\nAll the photos are attached.

Snoopy loves coming here! We’ve had Joel and Chris who have done a wonderful job with him. I can always find a spot when I’m under a deadline. I also love that they have a big window where you can see your pet from outside.

The only place my dogs have ever known. Angie and her staff are the Absolute Best. I’ve been a client for over 15 years and the work is always the same ‘Perfect’. They never disappoint. Thanks Ang 👍🏻🙏🏻

First, Angie’s Spa is a very special place that has everything you need and the best of all is “Angie,” owner, who treats your pet as her own. Today we experienced groomer, Joel, he was amazing. Our first experience with these two was when they were a year old to have their legs, around face, ears, tail, and, underneath tail. I had been doing them until we got behind past 8 weeks which resulted in all the mattes he had to shave them completely down! Needless to say, we are so excited with the job Joel did in these two! Shout out to Aryanna for her great professional courtesy and her patience in making me feel confident! This will be now a set appointment every 8 weeks! Thank you, Joel!
