Juan Carlos and his team always treat my kitty with care and love. Although cats naturally hate leaving the house, she always comes back happy, feeling fresh and clean after her bath and trim and nails being cared for.\n\nMy cat has been going here for 7 years. No problems.

Best pet grooming in Miami. I brought my first dog here for 14 years until she passed away and now my husband and I have been bringing our current dog here. JC is the best of the best. He treats our dogs like his own and I’m always amazed at how amazing he is at what he does. After many years, I’m still in awe at how good my dog smells when she leaves!!!

Amazing experience! I took my 5 month old yorkie to another groomer twice and never received the results I wanted and my dogs paws were left so rough. This place was amazing, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he explained to me in detail why this would ruin my dogs hair and told me he doesn’t do it for the money, he does it for the passion and it definitely showed. My dog loved him, he didn’t even want to leave. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much!

I like this place. Almost nobody take a dog for a whole day to give them extra treatment shower two times a day to avoid the hair sticks. Carlos is a great leader.

Horrid Customer service, my poor baby was stuck there for hours upon hours and came back with a very bad haircut?!? How can you tell me that you had hours and that it was a “slow day” to then come back to my dog horribly done as if his grooming was rushed? Take your dogs to petsmart, its insanely sketchy how they need my dogs for the entire day. From 10 Am to 6 pm??? Id expect a full ass regal dog grooming and what I got was a Super Cuts but for dogs.
