Today we had an amazing experience at PetSmart thanks to the excellent service from Elías and the doctor who helped us. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They explained everything in detail and answered all the questions we had about our cat.\n\nElías was very attentive, always checking in on us with a great attitude, making the whole visit feel comfortable and reassuring. The doctor was also exceptional—clear, gentle, and truly dedicated. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals and their well-being.\n\nWe left feeling calm, confident, and very thankful for the quality of care we received.\nThank you for making us feel so supported and for taking such good care of our cat bush 💛🐱✨

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store. Both Maya saleswoman and the manager were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I simply asked about a specific product and was treated rudely by both of them. It’s unacceptable for a business to allow this kind of behavior toward customers. If I could, I would leave zero stars.

I was very dissatisfied with the grooming service received by Chantel, it was our first time here.\nBecause it had been cold locally the last few days, I had put a sweater on my dog, and it caused some knots in his fur. I sent him to be groomed and received him back with the same knots. If they had given him a proper brushing, they would have noticed them immediately.\nIt's a shame, as I'm new to the area, and I would have liked to have a good experience so I could choose them as my dog's regular groomer.

Alexis is truly incredible. I bring my dogs to the groomers here in Petsmart-Miracle Plaza. I have two small furry babes and my dogs are a bit complicated in the sense that they are nervous wrecks when we leave home. They are scared of people and other dogs, and love to bark for no reason(fun!). Alexis built a relationship with them on day one. She is sweet, always welcoming us with a smile. She cares. She remembers. She is awesome! My dogs are not big fans of the groomers (shocker) but they are big fans of Alexis! & of course she gets them looking so cute with their haircuts! Petsmart has a gem 💎 at this location and she deserves a raise for dealing with my dogs but also for her professional and good hearted demeanor. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, thanks to Alexis. I feel good leaving my dogs in her care, knowing they are safe.

Incredible big shop with all goodies you can imagine for your furry friends. Hospital and pet hotel as well. Treats, toys, food, and lots of more fun stuff for the friendly friends and the hoomans as well. Truly paradise for pet lovers.
