Excellent service!! Drove down from Broward County to get a long haired chihuahua. Professional and respectful dog handlers. The facility isn't not big, however is clean and simple. Paid full in price but they offer finance options.\nHighly recommend if your looking to buy a new addition to your family!!

Out of all the other places I researched, this place was the best hands down! The process was super easy when I got there! Everybody was so nice and when you text on what’s app they respond super fast and will answer any question that you have! 10/10 highly recommend, I would get my next dog here and tell all my family and friends about it!

I had a wonderful experience getting my puppy, Latte, from this store! The entire process was smooth, professional, and full of love. You can really tell they care deeply about the animals.\n\nA very special thank you to Ivonne, who went above and beyond to guide me, answer all my questions, and make sure Latte found the perfect home. Her kindness and knowledge made all the difference.\n\nHighly recommended for anyone looking for a healthy, happy puppy and a trustworthy place to start this beautiful journey!

I had a very disappointing experience with Epic. Initially, the service seemed good. After selecting a puppy, they informed me they could not sell her due to a health issue and advised against it, which I appreciated. I then selected another puppy.\nBefore committing, I specifically requested information about the puppy’s parents because I wanted to ensure I was purchasing a standard-size Bernedoodle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on the breeder to send that information, but I never received it.\nWhen the puppy arrived at the facility, I went to see her earlier than the recommended one-week observation period after travel. I immediately expressed concern that she seemed very small. I was told she was just the smallest of the litter and that she would grow.\nAfter taking her home, months passed and she did not grow as expected. At six months, I reached out to Marlene and shared my concerns. I was told to wait until 12 months. I trusted their guidance. Now, two years later, my dog is still under 10 lbs and is clearly not a standard-size Bernedoodle, but a mini.\nWhat makes this especially upsetting is that once you become emotionally attached to a puppy, there is no realistic option to “exchange” or correct the situation. I paid for a standard-size dog and was misled. The size information provided was inaccurate, and my concerns were repeatedly dismissed.\nOverall, I am very disappointed and would urge future buyers to get written confirmation of size, parent information, and guarantees before purchasing.\nGood luck future buyers.

I had an absolutely amazing experience finding my little pup at Epic Puppies! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I could tell the puppies were well-cared for and happy. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a pet and matched me with the perfect little companion. I couldn't be happier with my new furry friend and highly recommend Epic Puppies to anyone in search of their perfect pup!
