Our experience at Aventura D.O.G. was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and it's clear that the dogs are well-cared for. But what truly sets them apart is the personalized attention they give to each pet. The constant updates with photos and videos showing Moe's happy face made us feel so at ease. We highly recommend DOG in Aventura!

I entrusted my beloved Ted to the care of DOG for a day, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. It’s always reassuring to me when I leave my best buddy here for daycare and boarding, if I don’t have a babysitter for keeping him at home when I travel. The dogs get plenty of playtime and exercise during the day, staff takes special care to watch and learn each dog’s behavior, making sure they are matched appropriately in each playgroup. That is so important, and many pet daycares don’t take the time to do that. What I can say is if you want extra special care and love for your dog, this is the best place, I have tried several, and DOG Aventura is the best in that area.

I don’t even know where to start with this…..\n\nI am beyond furious and heartbroken right now.\n\nMy dog was returned to me With a gash on his neck from another dog that bit him.\n\nFrom the Very beginning since the moment we walked in the employee there Had an attitude with every single question that I asked as if I’m expected to know the answer to them.\n\nThey proceeded to call me and argue with me on the phone fighting me telling me that they said this and they didn’t say that to do this with this massive back-and-forth until I told them… “did they call me to just argue with me ?” and then they stopped\n\nI wake up to call today that this horrible facility claimed my dog got bit by another dog. That they needed to take him to the hospital they blamed my dog saying that he humped another dog. Let me mind you my dog has been neutered since six months old. A quick Google search can tell you that only two things cause a dog to hump know tendencies and hormones!!! Which neither he has. He has NEVER humped a single thing. In his entire life, including an animal, a toy , a pillow, absolutely NOTHING then the second my animal gets hurt all the sudden this un Characteristic event happens to put the blame on him. When it’s never happens in his ENTIRE life when we asked for the video, they said they didn’t have it and all they had was a live feed so there’s no way to see it anymore!!!!\n\nNow my dog has STAPLES! and Absolutely advise at staying far away from this disgusting company\n\nThey try to protect their dogs that are frequent customers rather than the morality of the safety of the animals. Because the dog that bit mine was a weekly customer.\n\nI advised to completely disregard their corporate response that they’re going to send over here soon.
