Don’t let the negative reviews scare you!! I bought my bird about a year ago and from my personal experience, the staff are very knowledgeable and loving towards their birds! They have been trimming my baby’s nails perfectly even with her deformed feet and they even use styptic powder to make sure there’s no after bleeding!! As well as, after having many birds from different places I will say that the ones I got here are the most cuddly and social I’ve ever had. (Every bird has a different personality, don’t go in expecting this!! I’m just sharing my experience)

The best place to go! I met the most wonderful ladies there 😍 after catching my son's bird toe( Lola) with the door. I was panicking and reached out to them on a weekend. They gave me assistance over the phone and via text guiding me as to the best form of care. I drove down from WPB so they could meet Lola and give me there professional option. Thank you all for being there for me and helping Lola recover from her injury. She is all good now and won't stop talking. Happy Holidays and a Wonderful New Year!

We had an absolutely incredible experience here! Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and PATIENT. We spent a few hours here before ultimately taking home our new baby. The place is super clean and the birds are very healthy, happy & FRIENDLY. You can see the time and patience that goes into raising these little angels. Thank you guys so much for not missing a detail and sending us on our way full of knowledge as we embark on this adventure!

Without a doubt, the best bird store in all of Miami. I’ve been coming here for many, many years, and it has always been an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in, your heart fills with joy — the incredible variety of birds makes it feel like a magical mini bird zoo. Everything is beautiful, the products are top quality, and you can truly feel the love and passion they have for what they do. This place is special, and I recommend it to everyone with all my heart.
