I have been coming here for years. I love this place. They are amazing. My dogs love coming here. I have 3 miniature Pomeranians and they all love it here. She does excellent grooming on them. I always bring them in yellow and they come out white!!! Excellent with my babies!!

I’ve been bringing my puppy here once a month since he was 3 months old, he is 7 months now. They always do a great job, and he comes home very soft and smelling good!\n\nMy only negative point is that his nails are still pretty sharp after a visit. This is not a deal-breaker, though, and I will just clip his nails a bit more on my own.\n\nI pay $36 each time (before tip) for a shampoo and all the other services that come with it. I find this to be very reasonable, especially since my puppy is a Doberman mix and doesn’t really need hair cuts.\n\nIf you’re in the area and want your pet to have a safe and pleasant grooming experience, check out Pretty Poodles!

Pretty Poodle and Pets did a wonderful job bathing, grooming and brushing my 2 maltipoo babies! This is by far the best haircut they ever had 😍 some before and afters attached.

I’ve been bringing my dog Vienna from Hialeah and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Cathy is absolutely wonderful — she treats Vienna with so much love, patience, and genuine care. It truly gives me peace of mind knowing my girl is in her hands.\n\nEvery time Cathy grooms Vienna, she comes out looking perfect — soft, clean, beautifully trimmed, and smelling amazing. Cathy pays attention to every little detail and even lets me know if she notices anything about Vienna’s skin, ears, or paws. That level of professionalism and dedication is something rare and truly appreciated.\n\nThe place is clean, organized, and calm, which helps Vienna feel relaxed. She always walks in confidently and comes out happy, wagging her tail.\n\nI highly recommend this place to anyone who wants top-quality grooming from someone who genuinely loves what she does. I never put energy into jumping online to write a bad review but this one takes the cake...\n\n12:53 PM: We call the store and ask if they're open and available to take on a full grooming for a small dog. The employee answers and says yes they are, we confirm that's great news and that we're on our way with our 16-year-old small dog.\n\n1:27 PM: We get a missed call from an unknown number, they don't leave a voicemail. We are driving at this point and focused on the road for safety so we didn't see it come through.\n\n1:30 PM: We arrive at the store to find the lights shut off and the door locked. We called the same business number we used when we called earlier and that was listed on the door 3 times, no answer. We knock, no answer.\n\nSuddenly, a lady in her uniform and a shopping bag from Publix, the grocery store in the plaza, appears behind us to let us know they are closed for the day.\n\nWe kindly informed her that we were the customers who called ahead, confirmed we were coming, and arrived at the exact window we said we'd be there. She tells us 'she tried calling us to confirm (again?) and since we didn't answer - she called the owner and he said to close up the shop', we explained to her we were driving here and paying attention to the road, and note we are indeed here and still on time to the appointment.\n\nWhen I asked her:\nWhy did we need to reconfirm?\nWe drove all this way, are you able to take us since all parties are still here?\nYour Business hours are listed that you're open till 4 pm today, we called, confirmed, and arrived on time - what else were we supposed to do?\n\nShe simply stands there and shrugs her shoulder, and says " I don't know......"\n\nWe asked if we could speak to someone who would know, for example, the owner. She refused to offer any information. When pressed, she claimed: He lives in Columbia and he doesn't want to be bothered with "store issues" and continued to walk to her car and sit in it for 10 mins then left..\n\nI have -never- in my life seen such disregard for customer care, no work ethic, no empathy, no attempt to problem solve, no effort to maintain a customer, no effort to consult the owner whose business she's costing - nothing.\n\nGood to know.\n\nThankfully, there are THOUSANDS of grooming services, even mobile ones that come to your home FOR THE SAME PRICE, that respect people's time and appointments. Will not be returning here ever again, will not recommend to anyone, and we hope Kathy receives better customer service training if this is the career path she chooses to be in.\n\nTo the owner, I hope your business associates are always representing you the way you want to be represented.
