Disappointed and concerned, won’t take my puppy there ever again. Be careful with your pets if you decide to go there.\n\nAfter his appointment my dog ended limping of one leg and lost his appetite completely, hasn’t eaten in 3 days and looks in pain. I took my 8 month (Irish cream) Golden Retriever on 02/25/2026 at 3:30PM for Full wash, sanitary trim, ear cleaning and teeth cleaning.\n\nWhen I picked him up he looked fine, I didn’t notice anything off with him, but when we got home he only wanted to sleep and was looking really sad, didn’t eat. I thought he was just tired from the grooming. Next day I noticed he was CLEARLY limping, didn’t eat the whole day and was very low mood, this continued for the next days until today 4 days after finally was able to eat something.\n\nIt is clear to me that something happened during his appointment because he couldn’t have been hurt anywhere else and he is a very dócil and scared puppy. Doesn’t bite, is not aggressive so I have no clue how this could have happened, if it was an accident or not we will never know, but definitely not taking any chances taking him there ever again.\n\nThe person that took care of him was rough and somehow he ended up hurt, limping and scared. If I was the owner of this place I would want to review the video footage to check to see if this was an accident or if there’s someone there who mistreats or harms dogs.

Thank you to the stellar staff today who took such special care of my Belgium sheep dog Samson. Samson is 120 pounds and blind and almost 11 years old. He has many health problems and the care and attention given to him today was truly excellent and the wash and cut came out great. I heard that the noise was bothering him from the dryer and you guys covered his ears with a towel to protect him. Truly my heart swells thinking about what special consideration you gave my dog

Today was my second time using Petbar and it's made my life so much easier. Mochi hates when we cut his nails but behaves just fine for literally anyone else to do it lol. So looking for a groomer was scary (for me) but seemed to be necessary. The welcoming staff is always very friendly and transparent, they verify all the things that will be done and make sure we're all on the same page and made it easy for me to add on a service that I didn't think I wanted at the time of booking but decided I did want. They're super sweet in their handling of Mochi and he always looks very happy (and smells really great) after his appointment. We'll be back next month =)

Great self service bath station! They provide everything down to the ear cleaning supplies ! We were able to take our time and give our pup a great shower and they had the best shampoos! The staff was so helpful and sweet! Will definitely be coming back and all for $20
