I’m actually shell shocked at what this groomer did to my two beautiful dogs.\nI have two full sized doodles with long 6 inch coats and I have them professionally groomed twice a week.\nI recently moved to the area and wanted to try a local groomer, I sent images of my dogs groomed and made it clear in emails and on the phone to groom them the same as their images. All it required was a trim of about 2 inches. I also made it very clear not to use clippers on the dogs…\nMy jaw was on the FLOOR when they arrived home. They have had their beautiful coats I’ve been maintaining for years cut off with clippers and are less than an inch long.\nAwful service, DO NOT send your dog here if you own an animal that actually requires the groomer to have skill. They’re dishing out straight KENNEL CUTS only.\nI refuse to even pay for the service, and I’m so mad at what’s happened to my dogs. It will take 6-8 months for their coats to look normal again. There’s no excuse this is a result of laziness and lack of skill. I’d give 0/5 stars if I could. HORRIBLE.\n\nCheck out the before and after of what they did. AWFULLL

My Goldendoodle, Nala, has been going to The Groom Spot for the last five years and I cannot recommend them enough!! They always handle Nala with care and kindness and she consistently comes home looking great! It is a relief to have a grooming spot that I can trust! Thank you❤️🌸❤️🌸

I have taken my 6 lb yorkie mix here for total grooming services and I have only great things to say. Everyone that works here is super professional and friendly. Communication was great, and the prices are very reasonable.\nIt’s very obvious that they are true dog lovers. Highly recommend!

Amazing service and amazing people. They drive the dogs around in the cutest golf cart and after they took care of my dog (impeccably so if I may add) she always gets excited when she sees a freebee cart thinking it’s the lovely people of the groom spot. Definitely recommend their grooming and hotel services for your pet!

Absolutely loved this grooming spot! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. They treated my pet with so much care and attention—it really shows they love what they do. The place is spotless, and everything smells fresh and clean.\nMy dog came out looking amazing—clean, trimmed perfectly, and even with a cute little bow that melted my heart. They were also super gentle and patient, which is so important to me.\nBooking was easy, prices are fair for the quality of service, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
