100% recommended! The girls’ service is unbeatable. They even organized a picnic at Tropical Park over the weekend, and everyone left with prizes and gifts for the pups!

I had a great experience at Pet Supplies Plus! Ozzy helped me pick out the perfect toy for my puppy and took the time to explain which toys his own dogs love and which ones actually hold up against sharp puppy teeth. His knowledge and recommendations made all the difference.\n\nThe store is well stocked and has everything you could need—from food and treats to bathing stations and more. Great service, great help,

Everyone was super nice but unfortunately like a lot of pet stores, employees aren't fully educated on the needs of the animals. I was buying a hamster and they suggested I should get two. Hamsters are solitary and should never live together or they will hurt and possibly kill each other! other than that I appreciate that they do price matching but variety is limited for small animals

I love this family owned shop. I bring my pup here for grooming and the service is exceptional. 10/10 recommended.

My new go-to for supplies for my dog and cats. In a word: GREAT!\n\nThis is a big pet supply store I just discovered. I got a good coupon ad in the mail and went to check it out. The store is very clean and welcoming. It’s HuGE and well-supplied with pet food that other stores don’t carry or are always out of. My dog’s food was on a good sale (it is hard to find). Prices were what I pay at other places or online.\n\nI was greeted by three female employees who were all so nice and eager to ask, “do you need help?” I was browsing everything and LOVE the self-washing dog bath stations (they even supply towels). I am definitely taking my little mutt in for a bath.\n\nI really didn’t need anything but still managed to find stuff to buy. I love it that they have adoptions (I saw an ad in the front of the store)\n\nLOVED the place and the employees and was so happy to find a new supply store.\n\nFor the reviewer who complained that a salesperson did not speak English, all 3 of the employees I met spoke English. That being said, Miami is multi-cultural and we love that about it. Oftentimes, we encounter those who do not speak our language, which is fine. By motioning or trying to understand, usually someone can help you. Tolerance and patience show kindness and take very little energy.\n\nOn the non-relevant side, location is in between TJ Maxx and a big Dollar Tree (yay). It’s a couple stores down from my very favorite Vietnamese restaurant, what could be better??? Oh yeah, plenty of free parking!
