Tito is the best , and the whole team is great , they have great deals & foods you can’t find anywhere in the area , & ordering online takes forever too. I also got an extra family member from them & he is so cute & smart ! He talks more than our other cockatiel & loves to mess with our congo too 😅 they really care for our babies , from beak trimmings to all , they’re the best !

Exotics birdhouse is a blessing for parrot owners in Miami. After Simbad’s closed, I was so worried about where was I going to be able to buy supplies for my lovebird and also where was I going to be able to get my bird’s nails and beak trimmed. It was such a wonderful surprise to find out that former employees decided to open a store. Ever since they opened, we have been going there for our bird needs. It is so nice to be greeted by nice and helpful staff. The store has a great selection of bird food, fresh millet, toys, cages, etc. Additionally they board your babies and provide the nail , beak and wing trimming for a fair charge. They also sell all kinds of beautiful parrots, lovebirds, macaws, Quaker parrots, finches, African greys, ring necks, sun conures, etc. I highly recommend Exotic birdhouse, go check them out!!

Bought my beautiful love bird from here in July 2025. If you are looking for a feathered friend, I couldn't recommend Exotic Bird House enough. Always clean and attentive to all your needs! Free grooming for returning customers (birds purchased form there) and they offer boarding services as well. Amazing selection of toys, food, and vitamins.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Exotic Bird House! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer questions with patience and care. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and it’s clear how much they truly love and respect birds.\n\nThe birds in their shop are beautifully cared for—healthy, happy, and well-socialized. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining a clean, safe, and nurturing environment. Whether you’re shopping for supplies, considering a new feathered friend, or looking for grooming and boarding, this is absolutely the place to go.\n\nHighly recommend to any bird lover!
