Maureen, went above and beyond our expectations by organizing the whole cremation process and allowing us to say goodbye properly to our baby at the center. We are so happy with our hair clipping and urn. This service gave us the closure we so badly needed while also allowing us to remember our special Lala forever. Thank you so much for everything through this difficult time.

Our vet used this business for our fur baby's cremation, and we are beyond pleased. It was so beautifully and carefully delivered to us. Highly recommend this for one of life's hardest moments.

The compassion and respect from everyone on staff at all times throughout this process has been unbelievable. Their kindness and understanding that it's not just a pet, it's a family member, is utterly outstanding. Thank you thank you thank you.

I received my dog’s ashes today and I was so pleased with the thoughtful, dignified, and beautiful presentation and all the details.

Thank you so much to Pet Heaven for the care, compassion and love they gave to me during the loss of my lifelong kitty Buttons who was with me for 19 years. From the kindness at the beginning to the beautiful tribute items I received. The perfect clay paw print, the beautiful Journey Book and everything else was so special which is what Buttons deserved. I am thankful that I was with her when she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. The entire staff at Pet Heaven are so amazing and comforting during such a difficult time. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
