Brought my Yorkie here for the first time today and I was amazed with the quality of service they provide. They were very quick, professional, and took time to understand how I wanted my dog groomed. The price is beyond reasonable! I was honestly surprised because they did her nails and everything. They even dressed her up in a little bandana and bow when she was done 😭😍 she looks gorgeous!\n\nAnd most importantly, my dog was in a good mood when I picked her up, which tells me she was not stressed during her grooming.

I've been taking my dogs to this place for a few years, but the owner or the person who receives the dogs is very rude. She answers in a dismissive way and, in my opinion, even disrespectfully. Every time I take my dogs there, I ask about the price because she's always changing it. Today, for example, when I dropped them off, she told me one price, and when I picked them up, she told me another. Let me clarify, they didn't have any knots, and it was just a basic grooming service. One dog weighs 3 pounds and the other 7 pounds, and that's not even the point. The way she answers is so rude; she acted like she was tired of my questions. Anyway, thank God there are many other groomers. I feel sorry for her because she always treats customers this way. I can only imagine how she treats her employees, who seem to be constantly changing, and I can understand why. This woman needs to have more professional ethics, more manners, and more respect.

This is the only groomer I trust with my pup. They always accommodate my scheduling needs and take great care of my dog. She always looks and smells her best thanks to Hachi Grooming. Competitive pricing and convenient location without crazy lines like pet smart.. I would definitely recommend this place. Always a great experience.
