AS YOU CAN SEE MY PUP ENJOYED DOGTOWN!! I’d definitely recommend Dogtown. I was very hesitant because he has never been to daycare so i called and i spoke with Shay and she recommended the best possible route for enrolling my pup in doggy day care as well as boarding. We came up with a agreed plan that i felt comfortable with and she helped me figure out where to go from there.. I travel frequently and sometimes i cannot take my dog however leaving him with the staff at dogtown helps me have a stress free vacation. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They treated my pup as if he was their own. On this stay my dog did boarding and they provided a daily diary of what my pup is up to (ie. walks , urinating, pooping, eating, napping ) and pictures were provided. 10/10 i will be using them again!

This place is terrible, dogs there look miserable. The first floor is all wet, smells like poo and dirty dog. The manager is rude. The girls helping there are 14 I think and not capable to solve problems.\nMy dog went for a bath and she came out wet, they didn’t want me to wait upstairs were I dropped off my dog.\nIt was a disaster!\nDon’t ever take your dog there, specially for boarding. I saw the dogs there not having a good time .

I called before going to the brickell location.\nWhen you call aromatic voicemail make u choose a location between brickell and other location, I choose brickell and talk to the lady on the phone and showed up, but the brickell location is permanently closed :/\nWhy don't you update your website and voicemail?\nI called again to let them know I'm by the front door and door is closed, again I choose brickell location and the same lady said oh brickell location is permanently closed :/

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place has let me down more than once. I’ve brought my two small dogs here over the years only when I had no other option, even though the price is already pretty high at $135 a day.\n1. On one stay, my dog was actually bitten by another dog. The only thing they offered was a 10% discount, which barely touched my $800 bill. It didn’t feel like they took the situation seriously at all.\n2. They also signed me up for their membership to give me some small perk, and when I tried canceling it a month later, it turned into a whole ordeal. I had to reach out multiple times just to get it taken care of, which was ridiculous.\n3. And then recently, I booked a short stay on a Monday and wasn’t told it was non-refundable. When I asked for a refund two days later, the owner wouldn’t give it and only offered credit. I explained that I’ve already had several issues with them, but it didn’t seem to matter. The lack of transparency was on their end, yet I was the one stuck with the loss.\n\nAt this point, I honestly regret ever bringing my dogs here. The owners seem more interested in sticking to their policies than actually listening to customers or owning up to their mistakes.

Was in Miami for the past week and needed a daycare for my golden retriever puppy Truffle. I’m so happy we found dogtown brickell. They are very convenient and flexible with check in and checkout and I always felt confident my puppy was being taken care of. I loved that it was free roam and she was not stuck in a crate all day. The workers were very kind and helpful and she came home happy everyday. Will definitely use them again when we return to Miami in a few months.
