I strongly advise avoiding this business due to their complete lack of accountability and professionalism when a dog is injured in their care.\nI initially brought my dog here for grooming and shortly afterward noticed he would not allow me to touch his ears. I took him to the veterinarian the following day, where the doctor confirmed that both of his ears had been cut as a result of poor grooming. That vet visit cost me $430, directly due to their negligence. Despite this, I chose not to confront the business at the time and continued using their services, hoping this was an isolated incident. I also made it very clear going forward that they needed to be extra cautious with his ears but never shared the fact that I went to the vet even though I have the receipt from the visit.\nUnfortunately, one year later, the same thing happened again. My dog’s grooming was not only botched but once again both of his ears were cut in multiple spots. He is now walking lopsided, cries when his ears are touched, and refuses to play- the same symptoms he experienced the first time. He is clearly in pain.\nWhen I informed the business that I would like to speak with the owner, I was met with shocking unprofessionalism and a complete lack of empathy. The owner refused to take accountability, stating, “if I were to take accountability for every vet bill, I would be out of business.” That statement alone speaks volumes.\nInstead of addressing the injuries, she made sarcastic and dismissive comments, including suggesting my dog may have gone swimming- which is not possible as we do not have a pool. I personally showed her his visible lacerations on his ears as well as videos of him crying and walking unevenly. She still denied responsibility and offered nothing other than fixing the UNEVEN haircut at no additional charge, as if that somehow resolved the injury to my dog!\nI even suggested she speak directly with the veterinarian next door or review a doctor’s note confirming the injuries were caused by their poor grooming. Her response was that the veterinarian “wouldn’t know” whether grooming caused the injuries… effectively questioning a licensed medical professional.\nThe first time this occurred, I absorbed the financial and emotional cost because I try to avoid conflict. This time, I refuse to stay silent. My dog was under your care and now he is hurt.\nThe owner stated that she wasn’t the individual who cut my dog and proceeded to put her employee on the spot in front of other clients mind you and said, “I don’t know if you want to eat the cost for this but I will not take the financial hit for something I did not do”\nIt was only after I stated that I would dispute the charge through American Express and pursue legal action that she finally agreed to refund the grooming. With a foul attitude of course. Demanding I say please. Joke of a lady.\nAs pet owners, it is our responsibility to protect our animals from harm, and I would be doing my community a disservice if I did not share this experience.\nIf your dog is mistreated at this establishment, do not expect accountability, compassion, or integrity. Based on my experience, this business prioritizes money over the well-being of the animals in their care.

I’ve been bringing my dog to this salon for about 5 years, and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill since the ownership/management changed in 2025. What used to be a reliable and professional place now feels completely careless and unprofessional.\n\nOver the past 6 months I’ve dealt with mixed-up appointments, an unfriendly attitude from the girl at the front desk, and multiple times getting my dog back with wet hair, knots still in his coat, and even small cuts around his ear. It’s been disappointing to see the decline, but today’s experience was the final straw.\n\nThis morning I dropped my dog off at 8:20am for a BATH ONLY. I was told it would take about 3 hours, so I expected him to be ready around 11:20am. At 1pm I called to check in and was told they had fallen behind but he was on the table and they were “blow drying him now” and he’d be ready in about an hour (around 2pm). By 3pm I still hadn’t heard anything, so I decided to just go there because there’s no reason a blow dry should take two hours.\n\nWhen I arrived, the woman at the front desk had a bad attitude and immediately asked why I was there since no one had called me. She went to “check on him,” but from where I was standing I could clearly see my dog sitting in a cage with his hair still half wet and no one working on him at all.\n\nNot only was I lied to earlier when they said they were working on him, but my dog had been sitting in a cage with wet hair for hours. Anyone who cares about dogs knows that leaving them like that can lead to ear infections and other issues. The best explanation I was given was that the person blow-drying him was “new,” which does not excuse the lack of honesty, the poor communication, or the way my dog was handled.\nIt’s honestly sad because I supported this business for 5 years, but the service and professionalism have clearly deteriorated.\n\nI won’t be bringing my dog back, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value honesty, communication, and proper care for your pet, this is no longer the place it used to be.

I have taken my teacup Yorkie to Loving Touch Grooming salon due to the friendliness, care, and punctuality of how they run their business. The staff there is very attentive and extremely cordial. The way they receive, handle, and return my dog is a true indication that they definitely love animals! They listen and they try to accommodate each customer; they do everything in their power to make sure that every single customer is pleased. I have been taking my dog there for several years and also found out that one of my colleagues takes his goldendoodle to Loving Touch. He too, has positive comments and high rankings of Loving Touch.

Was referred there today by a good customer, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, I had a negative encounter with one of your male groomers. He declined to groom my dog, stating she would had to be “completely shaved” due to what he described as “neglect.” He also mentioned he wouldn’t spend three hours on her, and his tone came off as dismissive and\nRude. I took my dog to my local groomer, PLEASE SHOW that rude gentleman the pictures below one hour after I left your establishment. If he didn’t want to work he could’ve ask another stylist.

My puppy has been four times now to this groomer and not only do they do excellent work at a fair price but it’s evident that they truly care for each pet as if it was their own. They make my puppy feel safe, secure, and loved. Five stars
