Happy Tails Pet Resort

I have never felt comfortable leaving my dog absolutely ANYWHERE, especially in Miami! But because of Happy Tails I can now travel worry free! Jo Ann loves what she does and it shows. Her facility is always impeccable, and I have never had any issues with her or any of her employees. She is constantly posting pictures on Facebook, replies as soon as I call/text, and really gives my baby the love and attention any owner would want their pet to have! And she’s also an excellent groomer! ❤️ Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you for your service Happy Tails! Bruno and I appreciate it so much.

I tried for weeks to arrange daycare with my dog. They were extremely hard to reach, then once reached, ghosted me. I would love to send my dog to them, and can't speak to their actual services. The 1 star rating is for professionalism and how impossible to reach they are.

Happy tails is awesome!!\nJoanna and her staff are great.\nMy dog Bruno is very shy and nervous and he loves it there. He enjoys being able to run and play.\nIt truly is a Happy resort and I highly recommend it.

We boarded our senior Maltese with health issues and she did an amazing job giving him his meds and getting him to eat his food, which it’s difficult to get him to eat, and her property is wonderful!! She also groomed him as well and did a great job! I highly recommend this facility for boarding and grooming!!

Great place to leave your dog. Jo Ann and her staff were great to our dog , blacky. They were able to accommodate him in a set that help him feel more at home. He came back home very happy. We Will defenetly come back!\nThank you
