Pet Epoque Grooming

It’s so unfortunate that i have to make this review. i have gone to Pet Epoque for 12 years. 12 YEARS. way before Janet began (the new owner as of 7 months). it breaks my heart to have came to the day where i will be finding someone new. my 12 year old senior yorkie Charley just got his haircut here and trust me its his last, i found his haircut to be super choppy and just doesn’t look as well as he typically has over the years. But pushing aside his haircut, i found a huge gash on his paw. he was nicked on his arm, nicked on his ear and cut on his paw. he was licking his wounds so much and when i checked, his wounds are so bad. this has never happened before. not only do i not like the haircut but i’m deeply saddened about the injuries and there not being any communication about them at all, Janet never told me about these cuts and instead put septic powder over them and stayed quiet. this lack of communication for major things like injuries especially with a senior dog is just unacceptable. i have never had a complain but this time i fear this has made me afraid to come back. my Charley who’s my baby, is now limping, crying, and biting so i don’t touch his paw and i obviously have to in order to clean & cure it. this is just so heartbreaking. i wish the old original owner would’ve told me she would sell the company and i would’ve just found someplace else before this could have happened or atleast for Janet to communicate that my dog has been injured and been transparent.

Took our English Angora for her quarterly grooming to Pet Epoque for the first time. We are happy to say that we found the spot. We are very happy with the service and the way our Twix looks. They were knowledgeable about the grooming and haircut requirements for an English Angora, which is hard to find. Thank you!!!

Great price, nice people, great results. Affordable "AKA realistic prices" with a friendly, knowledge staff. The owner even took the time to give me some tips about my dog's training. My dog came out like new ;)

I've brought 4 dogs to Janet and her partner for 3 years and they never disappoint. The place is small but the owners are very professional and care about the pets. Prices a very affortable and they have added teeth cleaning and other services. My oldest dog Beny needed a teeth cleaning but I was afraid of anaesthesia and they had told me at Bandfield he needed many extractions. I brought him here and not only did he get his teeth pearly white but he didn't need to be put under anaesthesia or have teeth pulled. He is safe and smells great!! I am very impressed and continue to travel from Broward for them. I totally recommend them for grooming and teeth cleaning.

They saved my newly adopted cat’s life. I took him for a regular grooming session and they let me know he was anemic and needed help. I took him to the emergency room and he’s much better. Thank you so much.
