I’ve been searching for a dog groomer for a while now. Among all of them that I messaged, Raymond was the most easiest to talk to. What do you need done? When do you want it? Then boom He scheduled me right away. My Mocha looked so good. Smell sooo good and im very happy with his work. I found my permanent groomer.\nThank you Waggy Butts!!!! Thank you Raymond for what you do! I will surely recommend you to all my friends!!!

Amazing experience. The cut came out great and the entire process was super fast and smooth. They did an excellent job handling my reactive dog, who we normally cannot bring to any other groomer. They were patient, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. Having them come to the house made everything so much easier and stress free. Highly recommend!!!

This team is fantastic- very communicative, sensitive to both humans' and animals' needs, and being a travel groomer makes things so much easier with high stress situations! What's more, they're one of the few groomers in the area comfortable with cats.\n\nOne cat we send to Waggybutts is a forest cat mix that has an extremely thick coat that is near impossible to keep up with during blowout season. He loves being groomed and will stand there like a dog, and always comes out looking great while also in a great mood.\n\nThe second is a high stress senior cat that came to us extremely traumatized- she was even returned to her rescue by a previous adopter as they didn't like how fearful of humans she was. I'm professionally skilled in animal behavior and training, but it's still taken 15 years getting her comfortable with people, and only in the last 4 did she start letting people that weren't her trusted humans even see her. Getting her to allow grooming has been the absolute hardest to work through with her, and with the nonstop construction around our home she is often extremely stressed. When she gets stressed enough, she both stops grooming herself and doesn't let us within several feet of her, meaning that by the time construction has calmed enough we can even touch her, the mats are so bad we need to call Waggybutts for a lion cut.\n\nBoth times we've called, our senior cat has come out just a little less afraid of grooming, but this time it feels like a miracle happened.\nShe's been showing a ton of affection to both of us and letting us touch her much more than ever before, so much that I decided to test out touching her with our softest brush. She just sat and let me brush her indefinitely with it, both on her body and her face, which she's never done before-- usually if she so much as sees a brush, even my own, she runs. I'm really excited to finally be able to work on acclimating her being brushed daily- perhaps she will survive future construction without hiding and gaining a ton of mats!\n\nWhatever you did to help her through her grooming trauma, thank you Waggybutts!!!
