This place is a joke.\n\nI called ahead to ask if vaccines were required for the self-wash service. The male who answered the phone told me NO, so I decided to make the drive.\n\nWhen I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and no clear indication of where to go. I was eventually greeted by a female employee who was extremely rude. She asked if I had a profile, and I explained that I did, but for a different dog. She then told me that vaccines were required for the self-wash service and said that whoever told me otherwise should come explain it to her. She made a dismissive hand gesture, said “you can use the room,” and led me to the door.\n\nI assumed she would explain how the room operated or how to use the equipment, but she simply walked away.\n\nThe self-wash room was filthy—there was no water pressure, an excessive amount of shampoo bottles with no explanation, only one dryer, mops and buckets everywhere, and no towels at all. The room looked like a tornado had gone through it. I even had to move my dog to another tub because the dryer hose wouldn’t reach. I eventually left with my dog still wet because it would have taken forever to dry him.\n\nWhen I went to the front to pay, I explained my experience. I then spoke with the manager and the owner himself. The owner admitted that he was the one who answered the phone. I find it unacceptable that an owner doesn’t know his own service requirements. He offered towels at that point, but it was far too late. They waived the fee, which was the only reasonable thing to do after everything I went through.\n\nIf a public self-wash room is this filthy, I can’t imagine what the daycare or boarding areas look like behind closed doors.\n\nFor context, I had been here before when they first opened and ordered chips and a soda, only to be given a basic bag of Lay’s and a canned soda. I assumed by now they would have upgraded their service and facility, but based on this experience, it’s only gotten worse.\n\nThe pictures reflect the room before I even got to use it.

My girls had a great time here! We didn't go to doggie day care but came by for a little social play on a Saturday evening. I love the big indoor space for the dogs to run, however I wish there were a few more agility/obstacles things for them to do. They have the little step thing as pictured.\n\nThe staff was amazing and on top of all the puppy potty breaks! Lol\n\nWe didn't try drinks this time, but will next time for sure.\n\nEDIT TO ADD: on Google they have their hours as all day (until 8pm or so). But apparently on the website they let you know it's closed from 2-4pm weekdays for nap time..... this is not on Google so we wasted a trip. It's also not on the doors in front. Please adjust your hours on Google.

Went to a party here for the puppy bowl. The facility was very nice, there’s tons of cleaning supplies if your doggy has an accident. Staff was also helpful. There was a bar with coffee and drinks available. Loved the set up with all the chairs. Will be back

This place is absolutely amazing. I did a lot of research on all the doggy daycares in astoria and I settled on this one. I am so glad that I did. The prices are very reasonable. The facility is very clean and spacious. And they take care of my dog like she's family. It makes me so happy that I found a place for my dog to properly socialize with other well behaved dogs. They have staff members monitoring the dogs to make sure things don't get out of hand. And they also actively interact with the dogs and give them the time and attention they need to play. My dog absolutely loves the staff here. Everytime I drop her off she runs up and jumps to hug them. They upload pictures of your dog during the day which helps so much when I'm missing her. They also write a report card at the end of the day to let you know how your dogs day went. They take very good care of my dog and my dog has also made a lot of friends here. My dog absolutely loves it here. The pictures speak for themselves. My dog always has the biggest smile on her face in the photos. I am so glad I found this place and I highly recommend it to other dog owners.

My dog did one day of daycare here. The space is huge, with platforms for jumping and plenty of ball toys to play with. The staff are so friendly and positive. On top of supervising the dogs and keeping the space clean, they actively played and interacted with the dogs, which stood out to me. At the end of the day, they sent high quality photos and a report about my dog’s behavior and temperament. I will be coming back at the very least to visit the dog park— human entry is free (if you just want to hang out with a bunch of cute dogs) and entry with dog is $10.
