I brought my toy poodle (Kobe) in for a full grooming service and had a great experience from start to finish. The haircut came out excellent.\n\nThe front desk staff were also very friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made the whole process smooth and pleasant.\n\nHighly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality grooming and great service!

Overall, I am VERY pleased with my experience at this location today. An hour before they closed, my dog got into a little accident so I called inquiring if it was possible if she could get fully groomed + a bath. They were SO KIND to squeeze her in and the groomer did a EXCEPTIONAL job even though he stayed there a bit after closing time. My baby looks so beautiful, I am really happy with how she came out and I am very happy with my experience here and I will be returning! The price was reasonable too!

Mokie is a long haired mini/ ltweenie Doxy.. He is terrified of grooming & a friend referred me to Rapawsel. He was shaking going in but came out of grooming g licking the groomer's face and sitting on his hind legs (we call it " sit cute") for the groomer's attention. He was calm, beautifully groomed, and smelled amazing post grooming. Mokie will definitely be a repeat customer here. It told all my friends in our " small dog group" how lovely & caring the staff was at Rapawsel .

You get what you pay for, worth it excellent service. I was nervous for my shy cat, but she came home feeling great. She's more confident/happy and I'm super happy with with her de-shed/mat. They even gave her a cute lil bow. Thanks!
