I'm so thankful and thrilled that I've found the perfect place for my dog, Binx. So far, I've had a 1:1 training session and vet visit, and have nothing but absolutely glowing reviews. The staff (trainers, new customer liaison, and vet, Dr. Schaff) were all exceptionally wonderful! Binx had a great visit and was treated so well; he wasn't anxious about being given vaccinations because everyone who worked there was so calm and lovely.\n\nI had asked around for different pet recs, but ended up finding Biscuits & Bath on my own. I could not be more relieved that this was the place I found! If you're looking for professionalism and quality care, this is the place! You can tell they really love pets. If you visit, tell them Binx sent you!

A very long review coming—but definitely worth the read if you’re looking for a place to drop off your dog while at work!\n\nI feel incredibly lucky to have found Biscuits and Bath in the Financial District. I work at the Trinity Building, so the location couldn’t be more convenient. My golden retriever, Noble, absolutely loves it here—and honestly, so do I.\n\nFrom day one, the staff have treated Noble like family. Everyone is super friendly, patient, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about every dog. They even send updates (and the cutest photos!) throughout the day, which always brightens mine.\n\nOne of my favorite features is the live cameras—I can check in on Noble anytime and watch her play, explore, or nap. Seeing her happy and engaged while I’m at work gives me total peace of mind. She used to have some separation anxiety, but now she sprints to the door the moment she realizes where we’re headed.\n\nThe space is indoor-only, which is a huge plus year-round. It’s always spotless, safe, and thoughtfully designed for dogs’ comfort and fun.\n\nShe comes home every day happy, tired, and completely content. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, loving, and professionally run daycare for your pup, this is it. Noble and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Love this place and the people who work here! I brought my puppy in for the first time to stay overnight and i got so many detailed updates and pictures and I know that he was well taken care of. When i came to pick him up several employees told me the details of his stay and this assured me that they were extremely attentive to him. The best feeling when you cant have your puppy with you is to know they were well taken care of and happy

My newly adopted puppy, Lucy, has been going to Biscuits & Bath FiDi for daycare for a few weeks now, and I also signed her up for training. From day one, the team has been incredibly communicative and caring — they even sent me photos and updates of Lucy’s day adventures on her first day, which I truly appreciated.\n\nThe wonderful staff has shown her so much love and attention. As a young puppy, she’s gotten amazing early socialization through their daycare program, and it’s been such a comfort knowing she’s in great hands while I’m at work.\n\nDiana, our amazing trainer, has been fantastic — teaching both Lucy and me the foundations of puppy training. After each session, she sends detailed reports that are super helpful in guiding us on how to improve and stay consistent at home.\n\nI can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for trustworthy, loving, and professional dog care!
