Our dog has been a regular visitor here for over 2 years and the staff is excellent! Everyone clearly loves the pups and treats them well. It's a great place for dogs to socialize and get out of the house!

I have taken my 7 year old here since she was a puppy and have to say they are the best in grooming, teeth cleaning and care. I’m sad it’s taken me so long to write a review.\nI loved reading the bad reviews of the dog watching in the window, like you don’t even bring your dog here and you’re writing a review. What is wrong with people? Get to know the place and staff. My dog runs right in, which means she is happy to go there! Says everything to me! I listen to my dog and her face lights up when she see the staff, especially Jackie.\nHere is a before and after of her haircut and professional teeth cleaning. They are amazing!

Friendly staff and great service. I bring my Shih Tzu here all the time to get a haircut and she always looks great. The last time I went I asked to put ponytails in her hair and she looks super cute with them.

Can’t comment the service since jtt never happened. But can comment the moods and level of understanding as no an great experience.our dog just needed a. Bath and this is what I was inquiring for. After doing in Petco for a while and being overwhelmed with the jobs, Dog Star club sounded as the most practical solution for this time since we are going for vacation and we are just one block away . Just to mention that exactly 2 years ago we moved from Italy with the 8 years old dog. As the change of continent is not an easy task neither for humans or the animal, and we were obliged to respected all sanitary and vet requirements valid in NY and USA . Our dog has the vet in 3rd Av, she got NY license and the vet is checking her each time when we are traveling abroad and also on the regular base. However- the dog health certificate and NY law requested vet certifications were were not enough for to make her eligible to have a simple bath in this place which was the only service we inquired. A quite upset person at the other side of the line. There are way more affordable places around with the more pleasant tone at the other side of the line.

Initially, I was surprised at how great my dog's haircut was. Then it became an issue with an ear infection. Basically, either they don't dry the ears or get a haircut power than with no bath. Either way, it was an issue not with one dog but two more dogs. Their doctor said the groomer did not treat the dogs after our dogs stopped having ear infections.
