Amazing pet shop! High quality, tested products. Shop owners and staff are so helpful and provide exceptional customer service. We live on the upper east side and we will exclusively be using this shop.

The best pet shop there is! Amazing selection and wonderful knowledgable owners Fidel and Eddie. I highly recommend you stop by this gem if you're in the area, but definitely worth a trip too!

This shop is a true haven for animal lovers! It’s clear that the team doesn't just work here—they genuinely adore every pet that walks through the door. Their passion for animal welfare shines through in everything they do, from the thoughtful product selection to the heartfelt advice they share.\nIt is so rare to find a business that treats your furry friends with as much love and compassion as you do. Highly recommended for anyone who wants the absolute best for their pets!

So happy to see Fidel back at Spoiled Brats! My older gentleman pup, Val (Valentino), flat-out refused to step outside in this weather. I dug up a pair of shoes I bought from SB nearly 10 years ago (!!), and Fidel showed me how to put them on correctly—then helped fit Val with a new coat.\n\nVal finally walked (hallelujah) through the slush on the way home, treat proudly in tow. Fidel really knows his stuff when it comes to dog care. So glad I took his advice to bring Val into the store. 😊

This place has everything! Eddie was very helpful and super friendly. You can tell he is passionate about animals. Would definitely go back when I return to NYC.
