FnF did a wonderful job with Ollie. He went in very nervous but came out tail wagging, smelling great, and looking handsome. We will will definitely be coming back. P.S. they have a first time customer discount.

Furry n’ Fabulous does a wonderful job and so glad they opened in Gramercy. Our dog Stevie is normally terrified of the groomer but she loves this place. She comes out happy and looking great. The groomers are friendly and love their furry clients. Highly recommend, prices are reasonable and booking is easy!

Extremely Disappointed – Breach of Trust and Poor Management\n\nI booked an appointment for my service dog, Darling, and confirmed everything in advance via Instagram, a second time in text , which both included a full pre-consultation with videos and detailed grooming notes. I arrived early—at 11:12 for an 11:30 appointment—to ensure plenty of time for an in-person consultation before grooming began.\n\nWe went over Darling from head to tail together. They confirmed he was in great condition, and they could do the style and had already quoted me. I had personally bathed, blow-dried, and thoroughly combed him root to tip the night before, and combed again less than an hour prior, and even had video proof showing he was fully detangled 45 minutes before his appointment.\n\nDespite that, an hour AFTER drop-off, they claimed he had "mats" and tried to charge me almost a hundred extra. Not only was this dishonest—considering we had already reviewed his coat together—but it was also a blatant bait-and-switch tactic. If they felt his 3-inch hair length required more time or cost, they should have said so upfront, and I wouldn't have minded paying more for excellent service. We typically pay about 250-300 for a FULL groom. But don’t lie about his condition. Even though he was already clean, I didn't mind the extra if it meant he would have a great experience. Instead, they tried to lie and scam, then threw in, " we will give you a 20% discount." I didn't care about or need a discount. I have a standard poodle... I knew he'd be costly to upkeep. What I care about is their level of care, communication, and capabilities.\n\nTrust is everything when it comes to leaving your pet in someone’s care, and that trust was broken today.\n\nWorse, the grooming area was chaotic. When we arrived, there were 4 other dogs barking, yelping, and running loose with only 2 staff present. Two of the dogs hadn't even been started yet, and both groomers began working on other dogs 15 minutes before Darling’s scheduled slot. That alone was a red flag—appointments should be honored with focused attention, not squeezed in between an overloaded schedule.\n\nThe environment was not controlled or calm, and it did not feel safe or professional. When i returned to get my baby, dogs were still not calm , and ine even ran out of the gate towards the front door. I absolutely would not leave my dog there again.\n\nHad they simply been truthful about needing to charge more for his hair length, I could have respected and paid that. But the cowardly dishonesty and lack of care for scheduling or animal safety is a hard no from me.\n\nIm taking this as a sign to only work with a groomer who travels and actually shows knowledge and interests in the dogs. We found another a few blocks over. They cost about 450, but they were absolutely able to show knowledge about the breed AND hair & skin. I will be writing a review for them. It's totally worth paying for if it means honest experts.\n\n** images and videos are of Darling after his bath and after he has been 100% steel combed at home**

I’ve only used Leandro. He is fabulous! So kind and gentle. My Chihuahua, who my vet had to muzzle, when he clipped her nails is never muzzled with Leandro. Leandro is calm and gentle. Highly recommend!

I am so happy that Furry n Fabulous opened up a second location near my apartment. The groomers do a fantastic job grooming my 4 year old Cavapoo - we always get stopped in the street by admirers after a fresh cut! Scheduling can be done via text and I appreciate how easy the F+F team is to communicate with.
