They are extremely caring to my 90lbs German Shepherrd. Bismarck is a long coat shepherd and LA Pets does a wonderful job leaving his coat free of knots, soft, and shiny. They also do a thorough job on his ears and paws. Easy to make an appointment. Highly recommended ! 🐾

I have a tiny 4lb Yorki and she can be a handful to get groomed and they do such a good job on her. They are very patient with her and she looks great each time.

I have taken my dog to these groomers several times because I had good experiences prior. This last time, however, my dog's cut was really choppy and he had the littlest knick (scab) on his underbelly. I called to see if I could get the haircut fixed and the manager said I could bring him in but they couldn't really do much to fix the cut. She admitted she was the one who did the cut and wasn't thrilled with the results. What unsettled me is that she said there was a lot of turnover recently and the groomer who had been doing my dog's hair probably wasn't there anymore. Also, she was the manager (responsible for training and management of staff) and she was the one who did the cut... so, who else could I trust with my dog there? I had been commuting from the IE to Diamond Bar to specifically groom my dog but I won't be doing that anymore.

Only groomer for my Corso. They are always very welcoming and even fits me in last minute. My Corso always come home shinning and smelling fresh. Thank you all for your great service.

After grooming here, both my dog and my friend’s dog developed ear infections.My dog has never had any ear problems before.Now the ears smell very bad and have a lot of dark, coffee-ground–like debris, which is very concerning.On top of that, the grooming result was quite average !
