The Asian male MANAGER is RUDE and arrogant (looks Chinese). I was asking about something but while I was talking, he was interrupting me and was already walking away. I asked another female associate who said, “He is the manager.” She said the section is not her area. Obviously, she cannot answer my questions. Again, I approached a male associate William, who was helpful and knowledgeable, a complete opposite of the manager.\nThe manager should be trained on proper customer service.
