Shannon's care for Bora has made her life, and mine, so much better. Bora loves him and listens to him, and he loves her and listens to her. If I have any concerns about her, I let Shannon know and he helps me track what's going on and reports back. He is very present, and pays attention. I feel like Bora has an ally, yes, and also that I have a dog ally. Such a relief.\n\nI've had a few other dog walkers, and they were just that. What Shannon offers is unique and seems like a vocation as well as a job. Bora waits for him at the bottom of the stairs and comes home so calm and contained and satisfied. The adventures are amazing, and the photographs are beautiful--they capture Bora's essence individually and in the pack and make me so happy. I don't know how else to say it.\n\nShannon lives a couple blocks away, which makes it all sooooooo easy. In the past, Bora has had to wait in the car and drive around picking up dogs all over the city, so in the end, the actual time exploring outside was sometimes less than an hour often just in a fenced in park. It wasn't enough. Shannon shows up, always on time, checks in about Bora (if I'm home) and off they go--walking in the hood to pick up a few others and then to McClaren or Fort Funston or both! I feel so lucky and grateful. Thank you Shannon.

I cannot recommend Shannon highly enough as a dog walker and caregiver. He has been an absolute lifesaver for both me and my dog, Bowie, time and time again. His professionalism, reliability, and genuine love for animals are unmatched.\n\nThere have been countless occasions when my schedule unexpectedly changed, and I couldn't make it home in time for Bowie. Without hesitation, Shannon stepped in—even at the last minute—to ensure Bowie was walked, cared for, and happy. I don’t know what I would have done without his dependable support.\n\nShannon has also provided boarding services for Bowie, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had to travel overseas and was away for 10 days, during which Shannon cared for Bowie as if he were his own. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Bowie was in such good hands. During that time, Bowie needed follow-up medication, and Shannon not only handled the medication seamlessly but also took him to the vet. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.\n\nWhat makes Shannon even more special is the way he keeps me connected to Bowie when I’m away. He regularly sends updates and amazing, artistic photos that brighten my day and warm my heart. Each picture beautifully captures Bowie’s personality, joy, and the fun he’s having—whether he’s out on an adventurous walk, playing, or just soaking up the sun. It’s clear from every image and every interaction that Shannon truly loves animals.\n\nYou can tell how much exercise and affection Bowie receives every time he’s with Shannon—he always comes back happy, tired (in the best way!), and full of love. Bowie is not just walked; he’s engaged, played with, and genuinely cared for.\n\nOver the past year, Shannon's support has meant even more to me. My life changed abruptly due to medical reasons involving my husband, and between caregiving responsibilities, raising our three-year-old, and working full-time, I struggled to provide Bowie with the level of care and attention he deserved. My schedule was unpredictable, and I simply couldn’t be everywhere at once. Shannon completely stepped in—going above and beyond—by creating a personalized schedule that allowed Bowie to stay with us during a time when we needed him most. Because of Shannon, my husband was able to enjoy precious time with our beloved dog, and Bowie continued to receive the attention, exercise, and love he needed.\n\nFor that, I am forever grateful.\n\nAnd perhaps the best endorsement of all?
