Update:\nAfter posting my review, the owner personally reached out to me by phone and was very apologetic regarding my concerns. He acknowledged that communication should have been better and explained that situations like this are normally handled differently. I really appreciated him taking the time to contact me directly and address the issue professionally. Because of his response and willingness to improve, I have updated my review from 3 to 4 stars.\n\n---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nI would give this 3 1/2 stars if I could. Overall, Abby returned home happy and appeared well cared for during her stay, and the staff were friendly throughout the process. I received multiple pictures of Abby and some texts as well (which I very much appreciated). However, I did have one disappointing experience that I feel is important to share.\n\nWhen I picked Abby up after boarding, her bed and blanket had clearly been heavily soiled with urine to the point that the odor was overwhelming once I got home. Unfortunately, no one mentioned this to me at pickup, and I only discovered it after loading everything back into my car. The smell was so severe that despite multiple attempts to clean the bedding, I ultimately had to throw away her bed entirely.\n\nI understand accidents can happen, especially in a boarding environment, and I would have completely understood if Abby had an accident while staying there. My concern was not the accident itself, but that it was never communicated to me. A simple heads up at pickup would have gone a long way and would have allowed me to handle the situation appropriately before placing the items in my car.\n\nWhile Abby did come home happy and healthy overall, this experience left me feeling a little uneasy and disappointed.\n\nI hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe transparency and communication are very important when caring for someone’s pet.

It was my first time taking my dog there, and I had such a great experience. I absolutely loved the haircut they gave him—it turned out even better than I expected! The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and the groomer in particular was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive. She really took great care of my dog, and it shows in the results. I will definitely be coming back!

The team always does a great job with out dogs. We have a great Dane as well as mini schnauzer, and both of them love coming in to play and hangout with the trainers.\nThey pay attention to request and make sure all the dogs are taken care of.

My dog is probably not going to be happy in any boarding situation. But when I need to board him, I feel comfortable here. He always returns in one piece and smelling good. I might have given 5 stars, but I am not sure what the experience is for him. I used to try to inspect the situation, but they whisk him off quickly and bring him back quickly. I also would love an update or a picture during the visit. I leave him with faith…

I’ve brought my dog in for bath / nails / glands 3 times now - always great service. The staff is always kind and understanding. And my dog always comes out with a cute tie or bandana when I pick him up. Pricing is very reasonable, too
